Foreverdoors Inc. offers a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return request. Returns beyond 30 days will incur a 25% restocking fee.

 

If the buyer refuses to accept the shipment without prior notice, we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping and handling fees from the total refund. The remaining balance will be refunded after the returned item is received.

 

For returns due to shipping damage or manufacturer defects, we will arrange the return at no additional charge and send replacement parts for free if necessary. Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received.

 

For returns due to customer remorse, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer must bear the return shipping costs. Returned items must be in new condition and original packaging; otherwise, restocking fees may apply. A 25% restocking fee will be charged, and an additional $300 handling fee will be deducted per crate, as each shipment is custom-packaged individually.
